Please Note! Because the horses span two full days, Thursday and Friday, each day will be set up with it's own individual listing. You need only complete the bidder registration process for online bidding on one of the days. You will then automatically be registered for both days!

On Wednesday, there will be 3 or 4 auction rings going selling antiques & smalls, horse draw vehicles, machinery, tack, cowboy collectibles, and more! Horse Auctions USA will NOT be doing online bidding on Wednesday as there will be no horses selling that day. HOWEVER, if you wish to bid on some of the larger items (i.e. horse drawn vehicles) online, you can do so through the Waverly website!

Gypsy Vanners, Friesians, Saddle Mules, Dutch Harness, Light Driving Horses, Ponies, Miniatures, and Saddle Horses. Noncataloged horses will follow the catalog.
Online bidding will be available on all horses, including the noncataloged horses selling both days.

Here on this online bidding platform, you can watch and bid live just as if you were with us in person! You will have listings available to you ahead of time, you’ll know the hip number of your favorites and the order they will sell in. This will make it easy for our online bidders to participate and hopefully get the horse(s) they have their eyes on! As additional photos and/or videos become available of consigned horses we will add them here! Check back often! At sale time, you'll have REAL TIME video & audio and bid buttons available to you and you can join us from anywhere in the world with a reliable internet or cellular connection!
As soon as a horse is posted, early absentee bidding becomes available to you! This works much like ebay for those of you familiar with that. You can place your maximum bid ahead of time and the computer will then act as your agent at sale time, bidding on your behalf by minimum increments to keep you in the lead. This option is useful for those of you with poor internet/cell service at home, those who are unable to watch live for any reason, and also for you folks who find the fast pace of a live auction to be intimidating. PLEASE NOTE that if you place an early absentee bid and that animal comes into the ring with an announcement that changes the information that was available to you when you placed your bid (i.e. the horse cribs but that was not disclosed in the listing) we will NOT honor your pre-bid for your protection. We want you to bid with the most accurate information available!
For those of you who prefer to watch and bid live, you’ll have real time audio/video available to you at sale time! Make sure you have registered to bid, are logged in, and then hit the “View Live” button on the live feed! You’ll be good to go and can participate just as if you were here in person!
For those of you using an iPhone or iPad, we do recommend downloading the Horse Auctions USA app for the best bidding experience! It is available FREE to download from the App Store! Alternatively, you can absolutely use your Safari browser. If you have an Android device or are using your computer, you can absolutely bid using our website in the browser you are most comfortable with. We do recommend using Google Chrome but most any browser will work!
You will need to register with a credit/debit card in order to bid online. Please note that a pre-authorization for $500 will be placed on your registered card. This is NOT a charge, just an authorization to verify you are indeed a real person with a real card and is a good faith hold to allow you to bid. This authorization will fall off once the sale is complete and any purchases you have made are paid for. You DO NOT have to pay for your purchases with this card – cash or check at pick up is perfectly acceptable!
Winning bidders will be contacted by the Waverly Horse Sale office to finalize payment. Waverly Horse Sales accepts credit cards with a 4% convenience fee and wire transfer for payment.
Winning bidders are responsible for pick up/shipping arrangements of purchased animals. If animals cannot be picked up by Noon the following day, board is available at the sale for a fee of $35/day

YES, you can register while the sale is ongoing, however, we do recommend registering BEFORE the horses start selling so we can get you any needed assistance before sale time! That way, you won't miss a thing!

Wire Transfer or Credit Card are accepted for final payment of all internet purchases. Final payment must be made directly to the Waverly Horse Sale office. Please note there is a 4% Convenience fee for Credit Cards. Nothing to be removed until settled for.
Not responsible for accidents or theft.
All animals are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
By registering to bid or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by all of these terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of the site. All internet bidders agree that bids placed on the Internet shall have the same legal effect as if they were in attendance at the auction in person.
ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS. Your financial obligations to the seller are legally binding when the auctioneer announces the item is SOLD.
If you are UNSURE about anything ask BEFORE bidding, as you are entering a legal binding contract by bidding.
Please note there is a 7% Online Buyers Premium added to all winning internet bids on Horse Auctions USA
You must enter a credit or debit card to register for online bidding with Horse Auctions USA. When you register, Horse Auctions USA will place a $500 preauthorization on your card. This is NOT a charge, just a preauthorization hold. This will fall off at the completion of the auction. Final payment for any winning bids will need to be made directly to Waverly Horse Sale by card or wire transfer.
