****INTERNET BIDDERS****
The webcast will go live at 1pm CST on sale day starting with the first horse. You will have real time video & audio feed available to you. You will have bid buttons available to you and can bid in real time just as if you are with us in person. You can participate from virtually any device with a good internet connection (smart phone, tablet, etc). Download the Horse Auctions USA app for your smart phone or bid from your computer!
While you do have to use a credit or debit card to register for online bidding, you DO NOT have to use a card/that card for payment. In fact, we would prefer you pay cash or check at pick up! You may pay cash or check at pick up as long as you are picking up by 10:00 am MONDAY MORNING. Wire Transfer at open of business on Monday is also acceptable with prior approval. IN ALL CASES, HORSES MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL BY MONDAY MORNING AND PRIOR TO REMOVAL FROM PREMISES.
Transport! We have shippers who will go anywhere in the US! Please contact Earnie to assist you with making shipping arrangements - (417) 309-9352
PRE-BIDDING - Pre-Bidding will be available to you prior to the sale. Pre-Bidding works just like ebay in that you place your maximum bid and then let the computer do the work for you at sale time. This is useful if you have poor internet service or will be otherwise unable to watch live but still wish to participate. USE THIS FEATURE WITH CONFIDENCE! If you place a pre-bid on a horse and that horse comes in the ring with an announcement that changes the information you had available when you pre-bid (i.e. - they announce him to crib but that wasn't listed, he hurt himself on the trailer coming in, etc), we will NOT honor your pre-bid for your protection. We want you to bid with the most accurate information possible.
PLEASE BID RESPONSIBLY! Bidding online is no different than bidding in person. You placing a bid is your LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT to all listed terms & conditions and you cannot retract your bid. All internet bids are time stamped with ip addresses captured. If you somehow hit a button you didn't intend to (this has happened on occasion with a smart phone) you must tell us in the chat IMMEDIATELY before the horse leaves the ring. Once the horse is sold, we can't go back and undo an "oops"
CONSIGNORS!!! Quality photos & videos matter, especially with internet bidding offered! Remember, folks watching at home can't see these horses in person. If you can provide good photos & video, it will only help you!!!! Get your horses properly groomed & in properly fitted tack and send those photos & videos in. Have a barrel horse? Show everyone a video of your horse on the pattern? Rope horse? If he's an arena horse, show him roping a few out of the box. If he works outside for a living, show him there! Good honest trail horse? Shoot a little video! For any horse, a concise video showing all gaits in both directions goes a long, long way!

INTERNET BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE! When you register to bid, Horse Auctions USA will place a $500 preauthorization on the credit or debit card that you register with. This is NOT a charge, just a preauthorization. Your mobile banking may send a notification that appears as a charge - AGAIN, it is just a preauthorization. The $500 will show as "pending" and then never complete but rather, will just vanish as if it was never there. Once the sale is complete, this preauthorization is released for all non-winning bidders. Winning bidders will have the preauthorization lifted once final settlement is made with the auction company. If for any reason you as a winning bidder fail to make final payment to the auction company before the open of business on Monday, you understand that Horse Auctions USA will finalize the $500 preauthorization and remit it to the auction company to be applied to your bill. Further, you understand that Horse Auctions USA will charge your registered card for the full amount due to the auction company for your winning bids. BID RESPONSIBLY and remember, your bid is a legally binding contract! You are responsible for your winning bids.
